i have been with this company for the past 8 months, based on calculation.. true, this company is undervalue and yet calculation is different with management, the main problem is the people inside the company.. have u ever see a company with half of the department staffs are playing their phone during working hour.. a set of document which can be prepare in less than an hour but took 3 days to finished it.. and many more.. i suppose the reason why EPF not support this counter is they lack of money.. your all still remember ValueCap which is reactive to support the undervalue companies.. based on government, the fund raising will be done on end of Nov 2015, lately by end of Dec 2015, and now no more news..

if epf buys more shares it may cross the 75% point. as for staff behaviour, i think mbsb is grossly overstaffed and they have nothing much else to do.

Their cost to income ratio is lowest among from other peer,they have not become bank yet so definitely their bussiness is not as good as conventional bank..

i am still interested to know about the mbsb internal staffing, many ppl seem to be passing negative comments on their quality/productivity but where does this info come from?

otherwise, the only facts we have are the publically released figures such as NTA and cost to income ratio. And these are pretty good for a financial company

the fact that the price didnt really drop much after the news of the merger end shows that it had already been priced in

I am ex employee of MBSB.. the staffs turnover list will be sending out every end of the month. For the staffs productivity, you have to experience by your own. And this company is the worst company that i have been working for compared with other bank or financial institution...
