mbsb- 2018 王者归来？
冷眼前辈所介绍的mbsb 最近股价不断往下掉。
让我们来一探究竟，mbsb 是大势已去，还是谋定而动？
当初，冷眼前辈介绍mbsb 的原因是mbsb 的impairment program 将在2017完成，而2018的mbsb 的eps 有将会因为没有impairment allowance 而提升。
这个情况是否改变了呢？
从mbsb 的2016年报的54 和58页，管理层说明了三年的impairment program 已经进入了第二年（指的是2016年，因为是2016的年报），现在2017 则是第三年了。今年过完，如果2018 不再有impairment allowance ,eps 应该就会恢复。
这个impairment program 是从 2014Q4开始，将在2017年12月完成。结果从2015Q1 开始，mbsb 的Eps 就没有好看过。
这个impairment 到底有多少？影响eps 会多大？
根据2016年报58页，2016年的impairment 是777m, 那大约等于0.13的eps (mbsb 的share issued是5924m), 也就是说，如果没有impairment，mbsb的2016 eps 是0.18，而不是0.049。
2017截止第一和第二季为止，impairment 总共是332m, 假设下半年一样，2017全年的impairment 将是664m,或等于0.11的eps被impairment “吃掉了”。
要是一切情况不变的话，2018年第一季的eps 将会因为不再有impairment而提升，粗略推算没有impairment 的eps ，可能会提高大约0.028 每个季度。全年化的话，mbsb可能可以去到Eps 0.17 .
打个折扣，要是eps 可以去0到0.15， 要是mbsb 可以值PE10, mbsb 在2018年可能可以去到1.50。
我会等到2018，看看这个推测会不会成真。

Dont worry too much on it, mbsb will true shine coming 2018. If it rebound shortly will be bonus. Please stay out this counter if you not trust EPF.

Will EPF stupid enough to hold the counter for more than 60% over, some more go to add in last quarter? Please put your pillow high high and think.

I believe many investors who truly understand the financial and business nature will dumb dumb hold.

But problem is, EPF is try to shake out those FA & TA investors and dont let them to eat the cake together.

EPf very bad. dont let us eat the cake together. EPF should learn US fund,together to make the cake bigger,example,(FAANG)

In this counter, most important is the dividend! Epf also need the dividend cash to give to us. If not,how come our epf can give us ~6% annually.

If one day, no dividend in this counter, i will sell and go for other counter.

@siewnam agreed somewhat because of the adoption and implementation of Basel III and MFRS.Bank Negara-our central bank has announced that the implementation date will be deferred from 1 January 2018 to 1st January 2019.
2.The impacts on the local banks especially the medium size ones have yet to be ascertained.The bigger ones like Maybank,CIMB,PBB are well prepared on such eventuality.
