Beso, U r absolutely right. fair value should be PE x10, 80~90 sen if exlcude 1 time impairment gain. I have been warned them not to chase high but seems like not one appreciate.

analysts look at potential growth of the company instead of historical performance. Result proven MSBS able to achieve better margin and EPS. Only if they dont declare dividend I will curse them gao gao.

psychology doesn't lie, people who start and only talk about bad things on a company only serve two purpose:

1. either they are in a short position that hope the price drop further so they can earn more, or

2. they actually wanted to buy the company share but want it in much lower price, so they create fear and let shareholders sell down

if they claim they have no interest in this stock yet still spend their time and energy typing all sort of nonsense, this only means they have mental problem.

if they are really nice to help you out of a dangerous position, they would provide facts and sound analysis to let you think about it.

over the last few years, CEO has proven its poor mgt skill. keep on raising funds from shareholders. EPF would sooner or later be in trouble if the CEO is not replaced in time.

Strong support at 93sen. Once break, it will the way down to 89sen. Any rebound is just a technical rebound to make way for another round of downtrend wave. Those long term investors should patiently wait for better fair value before step in. Fair value should be PE x10 equal to 80~90sen.
