MBSB is a very good company. I wish they can merge with better company like Maybank. Sorry, I don't look good at CIMB.
laughdieme. mbsb is a very good co?
do u know they were almost bankrupt????? simply loan out to funny ppls. check their history. their current practise are time bomb. 40 yrs loan given to civil servant max out their salary for next 40 yrs.
all civil servant gaji day no gaji, all extracted by these personal loan ppls.
@laughdieme77: No gaji is not MBSB's fault. It's the government. MBSB is not the government for those civil servants. 40 years loan? Good la... Make more interest from those people.
Do realise.. whatever it is.. the offer price is still 2.82 for Mbsb and there also a high probability of dividend (maybe special) in the quarterly results soon.
price dropping is opportunity to buy at low..why need to die..MBSB still running their business very well.. 3Q result coming soon..just a matter of time..
CIMB and RHBCAP crashed terribly to levels never seen before. I am just afraid that the merger will not be successful or they change the plan which is more fair to CIMB and RHBCAP and not fair to MBSB.
Well. Actually the merge is confirmed however of course it need to act a bit. So tmrw it's either that the vote is declined then mbsb price go down to allow big investor collect from low price then EPF appeal again and finally approved to vote and merge is done. Or tmrw news announce EPF can vote then close deal.
TheEdge Markets.com reported that Bursa Malaysia Bhd was expected to disallow the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) to vote in the proposed merger of CIMB, RHBCap and MBSB.
If EPF is not allowed to vote, the chances of failing is higher .... this is because RHB's Abu Dhabi Aabar investor with 21.2% will oppose the merger... (EPF 41.5% in RHB cannot vote)...
