in long term. for 2 years. can say this counter will make profit 10%.. but for swing and contra. can say good bye for symlife. especially for symlife warrant. because its will going to be downtrend now.. better sale... keep dropping.
It is going to be at least 10 yrs of uninterrupted growth for Symlife starting fm now...8 bil Sg Long project which is gonna be launched anytime soon will support its aggressive growth for many yrs to come...So u will find its financial reports record big profit from quarter to quarter for the next 10 yrs...
I have bought enough and will be back to check the price by Dec 2017. My TP is RM1 by then, see can hit or not...will see results of Q4 in May, Q1 2018 in Aug n Q2 in Nov.
why warrant not follow the mothershare. volume for warrant also very super low...... ? anyone...??? can tell me. as I know need to buy stock who got at least 0.3m vol every day...
my advise. don't buy symlife. see the trend now. people tend to sale lower price. and with high volume. as for their warrant. no move at all. volume salling very high. buy buying volume lesser,,, avoid this counter,

Agree with Ya Hoo. The Star Avenue n Twy projects are still at the initial stages. When the progress is more advanced, the profit to be booked will be more n more in the coming quarters.
Look at how it climbs up, slow n steady without you notice it...Next qtr should post a surprise earning as a whole bulk of its 1 billion unbilled sales factor in...
malton already 0.96 why symlife performed better in terms of forward eps, nta, unbilled sales, but price lost so much to malton? something is very wrong here!

Treat it as an one year FD. Dont have to check prices everyday...by end of 2017 can get much higher return than yr FD
