Very encouraging result as Unbilled sales still at record high 995 mil up to date... Dividend for tis year should increase to 4 or 5 Sen and total EPS should rise to 16-18 Sen per share...Symlife should trade above 1.00 with tis kind of good EPS...will buy more tomorrow...
So 4th qtr should be more than 20 mil contribution...Total EPS for 2018 estimated to be 16 Sen per share...and 4 Sen dividend at least...995 mil unbilled sales will sustain Symlife earnings for another 3 yrs to come and the next catalyst will be supported by Its 7 bil Sg Long township project...it is surely a shining star in the future ..
It seems tat someone has been continuously accumulating at 0.80 even though the market sentiment is bad...It is a good indicator of a corporate exercise taking place or maybe bonus issue declaration...Just take note there is a stronghold at 0.80 for the past 30 days...He is only interested to acquire at 0.80 n not higher than that...could be the company taking private too...
Something big or corporate exercise might take place....If next still close unchanged at 0.80 when all other stock falling down, then it is confirmed something positive or good news is brewing behind!
Just look at the trading pattern for the past 3 weeks u will discover tat some parties agreed to fix the closing at 0.80 everyday...Up or Down market it doesn't matter it will still close at 0.80...Don believe me just watch for the nxt one week to come...
It is proven Symlife is stable at 0.80 when all other stocks in the sea of red today...a takeover or privatisation or M&A exercise might take place in the near term...Pls don sell Ur Symlife even at tis uncertain time OR u might regret for the rest of your life...Stay Put! Don say I din warn you all!!!
However, if it is Right Issue exercise then GAME OVER to all of Symlife Shareholders...Pls be reminded Symlife has very high borrowings for a small cap stock...Right Issues might be likely exercised to repay borrowings in the near term...Pls place your bets NOW!!!!

Today all other property stocks falling red, only Symlife maintain steady at 0.80...constant accumulation fixed at 0.80 by certain parties pending a corporate exercise to take place soon...it is very obvious and clearly seen now...
As expected, LTH has been quietly acquiring symlife for the past few months, raising its stakes from 2% to >5%, where LTH is obligated to start making announcements as a substantial shareholder
LTH's average buying price could be close to 0.80. It has been buying between 0.745 to 0.80, with substantial volume transacted at 0.80 due to global uncertainties
TwY is already more than 95% sold. Star is considered a done deal. Tower 3's partnership with Ascott will ensure brisk sales. It is just a matter of time the tower will be completely sold (before end of next year). Then, with that, the remaining Star Retails (about 25%) will get filled up. With that, Symlife's share of the JV net profit of RM300M is safe in the pocket.
Even with a measly PE of 5 to 6, SymLife should be worth RM1.30. Anything less... i rather wait and just collect Dividend.
2014 4 cents div 2015 5 cents div 2016 2 cents div 2017 3 cents div 2018 ??? Maybe 4 cents div???
SymLife never missed rewarding the shareholders. Also, Azman always deliver what he "promised" in the AGM.
