Share buy back means using our div money to stabilize share price. In the end of the day we get share div instead of cash div.

When people just started buying share they buy toto bcoz of its simplicity. Once they learnt something they venture into more interesting counter(growth stock). When they grow older (like me) n need consistant passive income they come back 2toto again. Toto will b my companion 4 a long time.

Agreed with KinSoon Kok's observation. To raise share price in this stable cash flow Co, it has to engage in aggressive share buy-backs and then cancel them.

The usual no cum-div lift is absent. It's clear that shareholders psychologically prefer cash dividends even though, technically it could be "manufactured" by selling their bonus entitlement.

Hope that toto and magnum can act as an safe alternative investment in liew of asb/asn to non bumiputra.Currently it is not easy to obtain return exceeding 6.5 pc.Are u aware that many guys invested in numerous banks so called structural fund and got zero return!

Kkng0819kk, the annual report mentions tat the depletion of value is due to not being able to sustain current rental rate. May b the property is poorly maintained coz the tenant SilverBird is a financially troubled co. They have another problem. Wisma Amanah Raya previously occupied by CIMB is vacant 4six months. If u think these r temporary 1time problem u can take this low entry price opportunity.

Let me share with u all what is TSVT plan for coming future...he will try to spread out some good rumors to the public like u n me..then u feel happy n start buying his shares...TSVT will slowly sell his shares until u got no more holding power, subsequently TSVT will press down 30% of the share price n wait for u to sell back the share. If u choose not to sell the share, then TSVT will continue pull down the share price until certain level which will determine by his advisor. At last, TSVT will just privatize the company at lowest share prices. U will be suffered big losses.. whatever dividend collected since day one will back to his pocket.
