Ambank is the issuer of C46. If DRB is at 2.25, C46 is worth 20c because the exercise price is Rm1.65 and the conversion ratio is 3 for 1

Yes. The expiry date of C46 is on 27 July. 5 days closing prices before expiry will be calculated to determine the average closing price. This average closing price is used to determine the payout of C46 holders based on the CP and CR. C46 is in the money because its CP is only Rm1.65. Definitely there will be paid out by Ambank. The lower the average closing price, the less the payout.

Ambank will be happy if it fall below Rm1.65. Then C46 will be burnt without payout. But there are 2 big brothers of EPF & LTH controlling the price of DRB. The only disadvatage of CW holders is Intra day high of DRB is not counted. That is why the issuer will press down the closing price. Now many Investment Banks recommend DRB to be their top pick with TP Tm2.50 or higher. As Proton Knight SUV is coming soon, DRB will not fall. Now Rm2.20 becomes a support for DRB.

Yes.C48 will move up in tandem with its mother share after the expiry of C46. If DRB moves up on 30 July, C48 will follow immediately. New CW like C60 already at 18c played by the issuer himself only because it is much in the money.C48 is at 6c and easily move up to 10c if DRB touch Rm2.30.

C48 is considered undervalue compare to C47 which is at 8c. Today C48 6.5c liow trying to catch up C47 which is controlled by MQ Capital Securities

C47 conversion price is Rm2.40. Therefore it is not in the money yet. But the issuer provide a strong support of C47 at 7.5c. C48 conversion price is Rm2.20. Mother at Rm2.21 , C48 is in the money. But the issuer is not as agressive as MQ. Just wait for C46 to expire on 27 July.

IB would not block the share going up because of C-warrant. If the stock uptrend is strong no point blocking because they will lost more.
Bank will hedge their position when it close to breakeven point .

they have been blocking for last 2 wk, by pressing down price last min.. it's easy for them.. just wait for next wk, c46 over then if mkt good, drb ony can up... I'm not in the hurry to go in, anyway, it has gone up quite a lot n slow down oledy... n I have played many round, enough liao.. good luck...
