On behalf of the Board of Directors of DRB-HICOM, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the following supplemental agreements have been entered into today to amend and vary certain terms of the SSA 1 and SSA 2 (“Variations”):

(i) a supplemental agreement to the SSA 1 in relation to the proposed disposal of 4,176,000 Puncak Permai Shares between GPSB, NPSB and Prisma Dimensi and/or its nominee company; and

(ii) a supplemental agreement to the SSA 2 in relation to the proposed disposal of 12,000,000 Horsedale Shares between HICOM, NPSB and Prisma Dimensi and/or its nominee company.

Details on the Variations are set out in the attachment enclosed.

This Announcement is dated 11 July 2018.

EMH has been the subject of rigorous academic research and intense debate. It has preceded finance and economics as the fundamental theory explaining movements in asset prices. The accepted view is that markets operate efficiently and stock prices instantly reflect all available information. "Since all participants are privy to the same information, price will respond immediately to genuinely new information. As a result, efficient markets do not allow investors to earn above average returns"- which means if everyone shares the same information, none of them will earn supernormal profit. Only the person who has the first hand information and not known by others, will earn supernormal profit.

Weak buying queue.. huge selling queue upwards.

hello drb hicom fans.. very interesting here. i heard last qtr drb has dispose many land, next qtr will reflect those earnings while locate for other land to develop. will property sector can contribute profit later?

btw, forget the asean car project, its not feasible now. if really want to do, may take 5 years to realize. still long way to go.
