In the coming Q, without the profit from MSL and one-off gain, could it still record profit? could the TBB loss reduced by the 100 tents canopi? let's see :-)
i am pretty sure losses will reduce significantly in coming 4th quarter,since year end was holiday season and TBB should benefited.i actually expect landmark return to black in 4th q but only with tiny profit,massive profit will only show up starting from 2nd half 2018 onward.
After looking at 4Q17, my feeling is,although this is a potential stock, but the sake for recover is not the simple one.
Q4 was without profit sharing of 6.8m from MSL, as well as, one of gain of 4.54m, after factored these in, i found that Q4 had not much improvement from Q3, despite Q4 was a holidays occupied quarter. (may be the 100-tents canopy was already run in full strength from Q3 onwards) ;D
it needs new sources for the sake of recover, i read some interesting info.,

generally a disappointed quarter due to litigation cost totally wipe up The Andaman's profit,with marine life park will be launching at 2nd q and sales of chiva som bintan residences, the growth prospect remain intact,personally i will add more share if share price drop to below 80 cen.

you need to have Indonesia companies if you wish to buy a land in Indonesia. the subsi are for chivasom owners, the company will sell the companies to them if they purchase a villa, they mentioned it during the AGM before. some shareholders asked this before.

observed change in the property development cost under cash flow from operating activities: It has been 20+ million for past few quarter, this quarter reduced to 5 million. Loss is also narrowed down, perhaps can observe few more quarter for certainty.
