Mrcb joint venture with epf to dev bukit jalil lands this news is jus out.

Last year news was nrcb get the bukit jalil sport complex refurbishment project. Read the news in detail before u comment pls.

Tomatoman79 this JV is known since last year, multiple announcement made regarding this... but people bought it like just yesterday announce. ???puzzle??

Right issue price is not fixed . Still there are some user keep posting that ri price will be 1 rn n ex price 1.27 rm.

Keep saying indication price is ri price. Diu nia sing. To me this people are not naive or dumb.

They post this just to scare people to sell n they r waiting to buy.

Yes...a lot of invester miss the boat when the price was 1.32 - 1.33
Now they comment a lot ...no point....
anyhow my opinion is good for next week too.. >1.60

I might be wrong, but in order for MRCB to get more job on future, they need to have enough amount of cash. So in my perspective, recent RI proposed by company to lower down gearing and raise some cash to cover current project pipeline should be ok as long as MRCB can keep growing their orderbook by time. I also believe by having low gearing post RI, MRCB should have more borrowing flexibility in case they got more project in future. Overall, at this time, MRCB prospect seems look quite good. Thats my POV regarding this company.
