The longer they delay the announcement on EDL and MRCB, the more it would drop. Just like what happened with the RI. Should they completed it earlier, let's say 2 months earlier, it wont drop to 1.06 before the ex date. It was hovering at 1.40 for 2 months before hovering at 1.20 for 1.5 month.
