11,000 sq meter equals 11,000 x 10.764 = 118,404 sq feet of Prime FREEHOLD lands in KK. Book value is an amazing "0" cost?

118,040 sq ft is about 2.7 Acres of Freehold Lands!

And let's calculate

No. 1 to 5 already garnered

Rm7 Billions CASH

If nos. 6, 7 & 8 are cashed out

there will be another

640 mil + 180 mil + 380 mil
