It s all sentiment. Losing HSR meaning losing potential PDP fee of around rm900 million if based on 6% PDP fee for a rm30 billion 50:50 JV with Gamuda. That would impact the valuation of MRCB. Most IB would revise their TP and that would further affect the sentiment.

Most TP are above rm1.15 for the last 6 months. With this cancellation of HSR, they could reduce MRCB TP to rm0.95-1.05. anyway, with MRCB now below 0.7, it s considered in a safe margin. The immediate risk is on whether the EPF injection into Bukit Jalil project and Kwasa Damansara would be cancelled. That will either break or lift MRCB. In the near term, mrcb won't be able to ride back to 1.30. not forgetting 2018 is the tenth year after 2008, the 10 years cycle of correction. Investors would be cautious and ready to sell down rather than ready to buy up. Make sure u have holding power for at least 24 months if you want to buy in MRCB.

WHY MRCB SHARES WILL NOT FALL ON 30TH MAY 2018.

1. HSR cancellation will NOT AFFECT MRCB shares price. No money has been channeled into building the speed railway YET. Large sum of penalty for cancelling the HSR project will resulted compensation to companies involved. MOF Malaysia will need to figure out money for the compensation.

2.MOF Malaysia thru Bank Kerjasama Rakyat have 172 mil shares of MRCB thru private placement!

3. Tabung Haji acquired more than 5 million shares of MRCB so far and keep going strong.

4. MRCB and Gapurna have injected 33 acres of land into Klang Valley total valuing of 729 mil, 250mil and 20 mil!

5. Great Eastern Life Insurance,Malaysia largest insurers keep increasing stakes into MRCB thru acquiring shares thru nominees.


Conclusion: MRCB does NOT PUMP MONEY into the HSR. No damage done.

Action Plan: Collect while you can!

因为大家都以为BN 会赢(GE14),所以98%投资者rm1.00左右，都已经在还没获得HSR 基建建筑合约之前就大量进货了，所以MRCB 目前价位已是算在像100%可拿到HSR 工程了。

HSR has zero impact on MRCB financial..the Target Prices ascribed by the analysts so far yet to incorporate the HSR contribution...

Kwasa and Bukit jalil already done deals....and PH has no right to cancel them as these are not government projects...

only 20% order book contributed by the LRT and MRT projects from the total 5.5bil outstanding order book as at today.

Net Gearing will reduce to 0.14 after disposing the EDL......(0.3 including EDL)

While everyone is busy selling when TunM breaks the news of scrapping the HSR, YTL boss bought 5 million of shares on 25th May increasing his stake.
YTL was listed as part of BN cronies. It looks more like cronies or not, they're still investor cum businessman.

Opportunity doesn't wait for the common people.

I hope the share price come down so that I can wopped it like YTL did.

I am holding the higest defensive investments.
