I do not understand why the warrant has dropped to 50c when the cash offer price is 60c. Shouldnt people be buying this stock at this price and sell it to OLH?

Yes. I will hold it for a year. In actual fact, I am still buying. It is too good to resist especially the excellent FA report.

Correct me if I m wrong but per my understanding, as the offer is not yet unconditional, there is still a chance that OLH can either withdraw the offer or even put a lower offer price citing weakening property outlook etc ? The offer will only become unconditional once it has satisfied all the conditions in the voluntary offer such as the minimum acceptance conditions...

I dont know but the steep discount also doesnt make sense to me.

I think kyy bought 5.5m WC at 0.90-1.00, I doubt if OLH would goreng up as long as kyy is still holding so.....besides, OLH also distributed lots of WC to the public too.Followers of OTB alone bought millions of WC....

If stupid OLH didnt manipulate the price, we will be singing jingle bell now. Its a good stock by Mr OTB with unforseen dirty play. Its property stock,property bound to gain from GST, hence higher asset value automatically.Cheaper oil means lower construction cost, lower ringgit= more foreign buyers. Definately good buy.
