dec usually also is peak volume season.

above data we can concluded turnover and profit will much higher compared previous quarter but if compared last year 2015 same quarter turnover 112million , 56million profit (highest in record) then i dunno. my estimation is latest quarter result will be 130-140 mill, profit will fall between 35-40million. This counter quite special , it cannot consider pure palm oil counter because from latest financial result ( 102 mil, profit 23 mil), palm oil turn over 55%, hospitalisation 45% turnover ( almost 45 mil for 3 months ). anyway currently still palm oil contribute 85 % of the profit.
if we noticed which medical share like IHH, KPJ, etc all trade in almost PE 35-40. so tdm which palm oi mixed with medical trade in pe 10-13 is most interesting part here . usually all good news will be announced after AGM on june . so be patient if u interested in this counter , if this counter split into palm oil and medical separately dunno how much benefit for shareholder will get . FYI , kelana medical specialist, kuantan medical specialist hospital, terengganu specialist hospital, etc all is under tdm.

anyway disadvantage of this counter :
1.palm oil tree majority is more than 10-15 years.
2. hospital just handover, monthly installment rm 600k++ for bought the land and almost 2 years. so medical sector profit all just paid the installment and higher operating cost.
3. less investor focus or analyse this share , management probably too low profile or lazy to share any latest news, that why the share move like turtle..if u all wanna earn money make sure u must had long live like turtle...

from historic chart past few years , any bonus share, split, dividen , other related good news all announced on april or may or june. why ? cos AGM fall on MAY ...volume will increased a lot during that few months.

again , it is just personal opinion, don need follow , hope other can provide different opinion for me to learn . tq

AR did showed top 30 shareholders holding more fhan 80% hence the floating shares are limited. This is accumulation phase, once the operators are collected enough chips, it will fly. I am loaded with this counters due to 1. FA: monthly production showed best Quarter in the making plus record high CPO price (note that TDM enjoying premium in CPO price thanks to sustainable plantation status) 2. TA: clear accumulation by someone, just be patient & wait.

Best buy , all statement can see from their annual report like bought the land for bulit hospital which how much the install ment info can get from there , what is their years of tree , shareholder , asset, etc . Why public bank had target price for this share , reason is public bank Islamic fund is top 30 share holder , of course epf also one of the major shareholder approx 8.xx % share ..bear in mind , pe or cheap value share doesn't mean is the good investment . Management is the key success . That why during the Agm , u all must attend and question the management especially the director , that day u all are the boss and director just need to serve u like customer . If u Don know how to ask or dare to ask, then why u dare to invest money on this share .. If u really a lot of question and nobody can answer better don buy, Don invest in which u dunno...

Best buy , Why I said like that , if u not sure about company , I can guarantee assume if u buy on rm.68 , u will sold rm 0.9 or rm 1 during goreng time , if it become rm 3 then u will earn less. See most investor who buy public bank are patient ppl from rm 1 to rm 19 today , u know how many percent ppl never sold his share , I can guarantee only is the boss himself.., myeg ,.rcecap , gkent , jhm ,furniture share like latitude ,liihen, palm oil like taann, bsplant, all are current famous share , try to do.research and study more which can enhance ur investment view .

Definitely agree with you guys, as im also done some homework before choosing TDM as he got the best improvement in Monthly oil palm production if compared with any other palm oil counters.. and Im aware of the 30major shareholder with so many Public fund holding, AIA, EPF, etc, just got to recheck again for the health sector for the status from annual report

Best buy, Monthly production is just for reference . Due to el nino , Jan until sep production is lower, but again , higher production will caused price drop due to over supply . So Don simply traced monthly production only , palm oil price usually determined by competitive product like soy oil and weaker Rm and also by it domestic reserve data..be honest , most other palm oil counter also increased simultaneously also..

Pls refer kmloong, taann, genting plantation , batukawan, klk, boustead plantation , United plantation , etc all showed better financial result compared previous quarter and last year except Fgv ..among them genting plantation showed greatest performance due to better management and lower operating cost which can had better profit compared other . Of course , genting plantation is quite expensive and famous , local investor and oversee investor also buy a lot , can traced.from their.daily volume . Usually plantation compared other are more conserve and slow , it will not always maintain good price for longer time .why ? During year 1990 , palm oil fruit bunch had plunged to below rm 200, after that 1997 to 2000 also got hit approx rm700, so most local player go to Indonesia , East malaysia expand their business ended up over supply and drop to below rm 300 past few years , this two years had increased a lot almost rm 600 per tonne. But don forgot the fertiliser , labor had increased 2-3 times for the past ten years . So if u all wanna buy for this palm oil share ,u must think how their turnover and profit increased every 2 times to ten times in next 10 years , we cannot always think good price will remain in future . Therefore , we must always ask their management during agm what is their future plan ? How to expand their business , diversified , dividends and bonus share scheme ? Today pbbank from few dollar to become rm20 (100billion ringgit club , next few year ) also due to always expand their business . So tdm the only interesting thing is thwy had enter 2 right field . One is palm oil and the other is medical . How they use money find money it is all depend their management view and strategy. Good luck for this counter , attend agm is important , lot of question can ask , then from their reply and answer we can estimated how poor or good is their management which will determine the price in future ..

The second bio-composting plant in Kemaman, Terengganu, which

Even tdm pe is low show undervalued or cheap to buy, anyway it probably due to next few years their profit or business will slow like current property and construction counter now all show pe below 5-10 only . It also maybe due to poor management because they Don provide any benefit to shareholder, eg, dividends too less or major shareholder hold the share too much , don goreng..less transaction . Pe just for reference not the buying share key selection .

Lonaldo Lo, I did not attend the AGM but I am quite impressed with the way TDM tailor their AR & QR with comprehensive information. Furthermore, the management team mainly come from Army & I believe they will "behave" & disciplined. My imminent target is 0.98 with 45% ROI.
