TCM: current price 75 current i3 TP = 93 No info about assets
recovering palm oil price + ECRL-related developments + improving health care business = imminent lucrative gravy train for loyal & patient long term TDM investors
Not to disregard TMC. Its your call. Your money. But we are here as Tdm stalwart recommends you to buy as low as possible now to enjoy later. Ferrari? No problem
Would be s good idea for Primary Industries Minister to start developing a strategy to further diversify export markets for palm oil.
Besides defending existing markets, we should also be building up new markets in regions of high & growing combined populations. Places like Africa, West Asia, Central Asia & Latin America. These guys all need oil for good related uses, some of them even for use in in industries like cosmetics. There is in fact a Turkish company in JB making soap etc. for export to Europe etc. using palm oil as the major raw material.
TDM is quite immune to US-China trade war issues. Current major buyers of Malaysian palm oil are still going to continue buying from Malaysia.
In fact, if China retaliates against US by further hiking up tariffs on American soya imports, then they're going to buy more palm oil as an even better & cheaper substitute to soya.
That Turkish owned soap manufacturer is Evyap Sabun Sdn Bhd, located in Tanjong Langsat, Johor. It is a subsidiary of Evyap Holdings SA. Their previous production facility in Turkey formerly used tallow (animal fat) for raw material. Now they have changed to palm oil, very probably to accommodate halal requirements, and completely shifted their production base to Malaysia.
Hard core O&G fans should have been hedging their O&G bets with some medium to long term investments in TDM from many weeks ago. Just like some among us TDM believers have been continuing to espouse.
The baja tandan should need any much overly sophisticated high tech to produce, I believe. You just need to dehydrate it in some way for long commercial scale keeping, and then you just pulverise it to make it into powder form. Then you just pack it all up into bags.
I'm just guessing here though.
