actually the settlement share is only 17 cents and warrant 3 cents; or total 20 cents is for 1 share and 1 warrant....

agree with star..share price might drop with all the facts..but still capital reduction is a gd sign..this is a risky counter..if u cant take it buy ppb/aeoncr etc..when is the gd time to buy?..mil dollar question..buy in with the price u can hold on to..not for quick cash..no one with the right mind will cash advcance 44mil to a company that plan to stay pn17 forever..to get out of PN17 is not a week or a month matter..be patient..else u will always be the one who say "congrats to those who buy in .xx"..whereby those are the guys that take the risk..

btw..this is a high risk counter..after all the negative facts and result..it will b extremely fishy and a very bad sign if the share price continue to rise..price dropping shouldn't be a surprise..but should be seen as an opportunity in fact. Gd luck

Any director who is willing to convert 44 million into shares is a very committed individual and is in it for the long haul. This is a very good sign and knowing that the company has moved back into the black after July tells me that this will grow. Of course this will not help those who bought for short term trading especially if you bought high. If you can hold it, you should be smiling soon.

After restructuring and closing for three days for book making, ircb will go limit up.
Major shareholders are serious in making IRCB profitbale.

Wow, what a day for IRCB.
Go read their restructuring plan:
1. Major shareholders prepared to issue shares and warrants equivalent to RM44 million BEFORE capital reduction AND not after that.

2. Doing this, their settlement shares are also going to be reduced and merged from two into one at RM0.10. They can choose to do otherwise.

3. This shows that they are very confident to turn around the company and make it grow big.
4. Post restructuring, company is in positive zone.

Will buy when situation stablised. Now let's see at what price is ircb going to be- post announcement. That's for the major shareholders/day traders/syndicates to 'fight'.


Still need to trade cautiously. No money dont play this counter - contra players out

nope-not a shoplot company.. heard from my frends who went to matang/kuala sepatang to eat seafood that ircb (comfort glove) is tarring the roads outside to make it bigger.
For bigger and more container lorries to load and unload.
Will still wait to buy...maybe next week just in case there are more announcements...
Biz reporters/stock broking firms sure will write articles on this issues cos its plan is by far abit unique. Seldom do you hear companies doing 'advance capitalisations'. Let's hear their views from here.

Everyday the price shaved >25% for few days straight. Just looked at the screen with stiff fingers. Dono what to do with it. Panic selling with the rest, tk up & wait or continue to average down. I have 30k bot at 0.455.....what should i do now....Taking up so many & now no more bullet....

Anyone can shed some light on whether to keep more or average down, or just cut loss like almost 5 figures.....

Best to do is cut loss from your original buy price if it drops. dont hope to much if once the price up like a rocket... it will drop like stone or falling knife
