Remember today comfort estimate around two o'clock plus like that came out the news, but when want closing that time push up to 3.08 close? Market already digest the news. And confort only 34% export to USA, 66% sell to other countrie and Malaysia. 2018 FDA things happen before at March 2018, clear at 2019 November. Comfort still can export to US. If at level 3 just cant export to US, now comfort is level 2 only, you think the director wont do anything to solve this problem? Now glove so hot at market, demand more than supply, comfort order already until next year February, what you think? All ppl are grab the glove, you should sell it tmr or buy it? If you sell it tmr, will like harta before after drop than shot up to RM11 plus?

“It is possible that Adventa’s surgical glove operations under the Terang Nusa group, which manufactures and distributes surgical and medical gloves, could be a likely acquisition target for Top Glove which is said to be looking for a surgical glove company,” one source told The Edge Financial Daily.

Adventa’s share price shot up by as much as 20 sen or 27.4% to 93 sen yesterday, before closing at 83.5 sen.

Adventa in 2012 transferred its gloves business to Aspion Sdn Bhd — a vehicle of Adventa managing director Low Chin Guan — for RM320.85 million. Since then, the group has focused on medical services to hospitals, institutions, clinical centres, and to patients directly, distributing medical and healthcare equipment and providing home dialysis products.

According to a company search, Aspion fully owns four glove firms, namely Terang Nusa (M) Sdn Bhd (manufacturer and distributor of surgical and medical gloves), Purnabina Sdn Bhd (manufacturer and distributor of medical gloves), Adventa Health Sdn Bhd (distributor of medical gloves) and Sentienx Sdn Bhd (manufacturer and distributor of medical gloves).**

Both Terang Nusa (M) Sdn Bhd & Purnabina Sdn Bhd also listed in the Import Alert list

of course i felt panic when i first saw the news regards US FDA issues. But thinking through, this is just like a process of going through immigration. Sometimes when we travel to another country, the immigration do stop us to ask some questions, some did, some didnt.But at the end of the day, if we have proper documentation and etc, what is there to be afraid of?

Furthermore, the export of gloves to US consists 34% of Comfort revenue. Do you think COmfort will produce lower quality product that will reduce their 34% of revenue which they knew they had gotten the 1st level query? And afterall, US is not the only market that COMFORT can sell the product to.
