Yesterday I posted my article namely “Supermax: when to buy and when to sell” in which I said many investors would rush to buy Supermax before the X date 4 Sept for the entitlement of 1 bonus share for every 1 share held by investor.

I also said An old adage “It is not what stock you bought; it is when you sell that really matters”. Investors must remember that everyone wants to sell at the peak price but be contented if you sell a few sen cheaper.

The Supermax price chart below shows that the price started dropping right from the opening bell yesterday. It looks like many investors are quite contented to sell a few sens cheaper.

Surveys in the US, Canada and believe many others parts of the world show that a huge population will not accept / inject vaccines that have not been vigorously tested and proven to be 100% safe without any side effects which could harm your organs, etc. This normally takes years. My family and I will definitely wait until its 1000% safe. Until then PPE is the best protection – masks and gloves. So glove will definitely be in demand for the foreseeable future. (Just my opinion).

Some people sold ody with little gain and hide under the table acting like Buffett, later on find out there is really not much counters to let him securely invest in Malaysia for at least the next 3 or 6 months, not property, not banking etc, and probably lost money in recent vaccine stocks or find no future in there also.. And thus they cry father cry mother over the spilled milk... cursing and hoping the price of the glove stocks would crash down, not "correction" he hopes, it's crash down!
All glove stock price would crash down someday, and certainly diving along all other counters in klse. But if gloves alone crash, then ya, only if they really lose the fundamentals or prospects.

KLSE has always been this funny ever since, when DJ or NASDAQ or others reach historical high, we start to run like hell, thinking our own market over-valued instead of theirs.
And for a straight few overnights the US peaking new high, we didn't follow the ups but instead we worried about the correction in their markets every following morning, and so we did our own correction, not without a reason but with variety of excuses the broker writers or people like us can think of. Our punters only took opposite lead, because they always contra and plan to cabut ways ahead of any of genuine investors.
And so when the US actually falls into correction, our KLSE resembles a crashing disaster.
Punters preach like Buffett scholars, but in reality, run like chicken. It's market sentiment after all, don't blame each other here.

Leaving aside punters, some brokers are also the culprits in correction. They are the restless ones when market is quiet, because no transaction neither buy nor sell they might have no income. And so they write things to favour Sell in turn, some might even call you and "persuade" you to sell, though in the chitchat they just earnestly share their thought bout Correction.
Again, it's another what-if story of Market Sentiment. You can just continue to be "quiet" with your investment, as long as you are comfortable.
