（吉隆坡5月29日电）KAJ发展私人有限公司将在运输部允许该公司对政府此前废除该开发项目的决定提出上诉后，恢复价值430亿令吉的马六甲门户计划下的两个项目。

KAJ Development的律师Mohd Haniff Khatri Abdulla专门告诉theedgemarkets.com ，该部决定允许该公司去年11月14日的上诉，当时该部取消了这两个项目。

“该部已于5月20日发出一封信，其中部长Anthony Loke决定允许我们客户于去年11月14日提出上诉。

KAJ Development声称自2014年1月起提交了申请运营马六甲门户网站，该公司称其将带来游客并发展海运业，从而为该国带来经济贡献。

据称，该项目还吸引了三家中国公司和皇家加勒比游轮有限公司的利益。

出于这个原因，KAJ Development寻求请求的全部优点。

它还要求宣布Loke在12月15日之前不回复上诉信而拒绝上诉取消上诉的决定不符合法律或他的法定义务，因此决定（取消许可证）是无效且无法执行。
