Bplant is now bailed out by LTAT, brother lending money to another brother . A very susah case to analyse lor. Do not think it makes much economic sense. If CPO price keeps declining that's it 🤣🤣

Kenanga Research said the failed deal was not a total surprise as the signing of the agreement had been postponed twice, initially from Sept 11 to Sept 22 and then again to Oct 6.

The firm noted that the impact on KLK is positive in the near term as weak BPlant's earnings are expected over FY23 to FY24 and KLK would have to bear additional borrowing costs if the deal materialise..

KLK is on Target to hit RM 25 and at the same time continue looking for other plantation to buy as they have been doing before this as they are flush with Cash.

Summing up..

Mabel see KLK is trying to help LTAT through it's difficult times... indirectly the military personnel & the veteran. They are the biggest losers if LTAT fail..

Today Bplant is trading below Mabel's selling price yesterday. It was a wise decision to lock profits yesterday..

KLK back to its normal trend and momentum after getting rid of the BPlant baggage. Good riddance to bad rubbish. KLK must learn from this to avoid getting involved in useless sampah in the future.

Beside BP, Mabel KLK is now back to its normal trend and momentum after BP Plantation deal fail. The KLK Shareholders are also very happy. Despite the fail marriage, both parties are happy and can live happily ever and after...

Follow EPF long ago arrive in Horlan already lol(Serbak, Sapnrg, Econbhd, SKPRes, AEON, MRCB etc etc) Highly overvalued with CPO at these levels....also debt is huge & unlike YTL, not a prudent load with overdependence on one industry.

EPF becoming BANKrut...soon they will sell down KLK to a very minimal stake to cover all the black holes in their accounts,as they have done for YTL & YTLPower when both were still way below $1, lo$ing out on hundreds of millions when the latter two SOARed by more than 3X! 😋

Oopsie DROOPsie...-75%📉👇👎👋 in net profit...net debt increased on BS & apparently NO DIVIDEND next Feb vs 80c this year...Was a bit envious of those who held on when the price was inexplicably $22.30-23.90 recently(myself SOLD down to ZERO above $22)...but...NOT ANY MORE!🤣 Last 3 qtrs looks like 2003-2006 standard, so maybe it should drop back to below $10...😋

India is the largest importer of Malaysia’s CPO and they really need our help as Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Kajol, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone etc needs help urgently. Their Capati and Tossie does not taste the same without Mabel Oil.

Right now Malaysia can only be able to export about four million tonnes to the country. Sarawak, please work harder, we need to increase another 2 million tonnes.
