Q. Which loan/financing qualifies for the deferment?

For individuals and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the deferment in conventional loans or Islamic financing repayment obligations (except credit cards) are automatically effected by banks and development financial institutions (DFIs) if the loans/financing meet these criteria:

• not in arrears exceeding 90 days as at 1 April 2020; and

• denominated in Malaysian Ringgit.

Meanwhile, corporate borrowers/customers may request for a moratorium on loan/financing repayment from their respective banks.

Valuation in terms of PE are much higher than AMBANK. Doesn't even worth a look. Non performing loans will spiraling out of control soon. Cash call most likely. Prepare huge sum of money for right issues. Not worth buying.

Different people different perception different voice...... 

So long as you know what you invest with what mission you are setting...... 

Value investors always happiness no matter company share price invested up or down...... 

If share price up of course your portfolio return become higher... 

If share price down of course need deploy fund to repurchase what stocks on your portfolio... 

Of course current share price feel comfortable safer than previous... 

Too sad to say, my entry price @ 1.55....now put in long term portfolio for upcoming dividend passive income...... 


^^^Always deploy investment funds by diversification into different sectors......
