When mkt is weak, operator can "influence" a counter more easily. Do not chase after the counter unless u have the intention to pick up, when price drops. Otherwise, u can give more reason for the operator to push down the counter on contra selling pressure.

Currently, it is range-bound trading for this counter, with a downward bias. If 38.5 sen is not broken with strong momentum, do not dream of higher prices.

So, this means counters like Huaan should not have any major impact out of this whole tariff pack that US is rolling out towards China, right? Coz Huaan is not Tech, its more of Industrial / Materials sector? Am I looking at this the right way?

The whole mkt is weak. Sentiments are lousy. Will operator push up when he is aware of some contra selling pressure due in the next 2 days.....

Operator has all the trading statistics with him all at 1 click while many of us rely on gut feelings to trade.

Uncertainty is the main market killer here. Dow unable to provide clear direction due to the volatility it is showing. Investor will not have confidence to enter the market so there will be more seller than buyer in every stocks. The supply demand will dictates the way market move so it will be down for now.

Having said all that, the high volume Huaan generated on Monday then indicates that this stock is on the radar of many investors that is waiting for the right time to buy into it. My guess is the latest qtr report is good hence the surge of volume on Monday.

Buy to keep especially if you are investing for the long term. Ignore short term volatility as fundamentals of Huaan are still intact and strong.

For the past one year or more, non of Huaan major share holders have sold any of his shares, not even when Huaan stood at 0.665 two month ago. Still have faith in Huaan, production of Met coke still concidered good price holding at RMB1,860, sign of steady demand for steel, Huaan raw material of coal price below RMB1,200. RMB660 margin and with 215000 tons capacity, Huaan next qr profit befor tax should be excelent, in line with previous one.
