This week Klci closed up and has recovered alot in one week, same goes for Huaan, this week was an excelent week for all of us, shareholders and Huaan management deserve a positive credit in achieving that. Merry Christmas to all and happy new years.

Huaan is selling so cheap and many investors are still thinking whether to buy or to wait for the price to get cheaper. In terms of percentage, this stock returns in the next 12 months will beat most high flying stocks in bursa including Hengyuan, the current hot stock being promoted daily in i3. These super investors seem to have overlooked this gem.

This is really unexpected. This is even higher than September high of 2300. That mean Linyi coke spot is now on HISTORICAL HIGH (for the past 5 years and more) !!! wow ......

Huaan should have strong uptrend in following week, if Huaan can re-test the previous high of 0.35, it may have a chance to close above 40 cent at end of this year of early of following year.

Besides, coming qtr results might likely to be released early before CNY, somewhere in Jan'17, so hopefully before CNY it may touch 50 cents for everyone to have a good fruitful investment for a new year start.

Many people are still hoping for Huaan to get cheaper. This wait will be in vain. When qtr 4 result is announced in end January or early February 2018, a lot of players will be chasing for this stock at much higher prices.

This stock will be the darling of penny stocks in 2018. Many investors are still in a dilemma as to whether to buy or not, to buy more or to sell. Huaan qtr 3 Eps was much higher than qtr 2. Based on the strong steel prices and by extension the coke prices, qtr 4 result will get better. 2018 profits are expected to be even better when all 5 ovens are in operations. This is because the steel and coke market will remain robust.

1) We should start to see `Oven 4` contributions start from Q4 results.
2) Revenue and profit in Q4 should be higher than Q3 based on Q3 Notes in the financial report that increase in production volumes and also inventory level. In Q3, revenue is based on 210,000MT and Q4 should be able to achieve 300,000 MT.
3) The near term prospects in 2018 should be very bright,, Huaan has great possibilities to achieve Earning Per Share in the range of 16 cents to 28 cents if we include volume increase from Oven 4. Good luck and Happy New Year.

EPS per quarter 4cts to 7 cts,,, FYI, Q2 and Q3' 2017 revenue and profit of 210,000 MT is based on less than 50% capacity utilization.

Huaan has 450,000 MT capacity per quarter.
