High debts of Bstead is not a issue . It is LTAT that is offering to buy . NA is above $1.60. Realizable NA could be much higher . LTAT knows that very well .

LTAT was paying annual dividend about 15% to its contributors when Bstead was around RM 3 and giving about 20c dividend annually before 2015. However due to 1MDB issue like what happened to epf, TH, and other glcs, it paid out only 2c dividend after that. Time that LTAT take out bstead and sort out its problems before relisting it again, maybe this time without its scandalous baggage.
