CCM will see profits before tax of at least 100 millions annually. At 1.45, it is the cheapest Pharma company in malaysia.

paring debt by selling land, a prime land which is Shah Alam is definately stupid thing,instead of selling why dont develop a property over there,if TIONG NAM can do it why cant you?..

I dont understand 1 more distribute cash cow company(CCMDBIO) just to satisfy PNB & no vision shareholder,terok2 those on top management just same like those in FGV...
if you focus on polymer production just acquire small efficient company like what LUXCHEM doing,now by give PNB free2 CCMDBIO you(CCM BERHAD) losing cash cow.

You(CCM BERHAD) were not give shareholder a door to realized the holdings but losing in the end.

THE ULTIMATE WINNER WERE PNB...Wahid is brilliant,if LTAT got PHARMANIAGA,PNB got CCMDBIO....bravo TS WAHID

buying CCM now at RM1.58 means getting CCM Duopharma shares on the cheap. CCM price should go back to RM1.75 ish level. matter of time.

price of CCM now is 1.55 and CCMDBIO is 2.07. So what will happened after the proposal ??? Simple calculation. Say you buy 3000 units of CCM now , you cost will be 1550x 3 = 4650. After the proposals, your 3000 units will become 1000 units of CCM shares and you will get 2000 units of CCMDBIO. If you sell all CCM and CCMDBIO shares at current price ,you will get 1550 for CCM and 4140 for CCMDBIO at the total of 4650, same as your cost...back to square one.....

glaring error in the second..... 1550 + 4140 = 5690!

will do a detailed article on this. but the real value many people have not taken notice of is that the interest cost of CCM will fall from about RM21 million currently to about RM5 million after the whole exercise is completed.

If you hold one lot of ccm, after restructuring, you are entitle to get 1/3 of ccm, and 2/3 of ccmdbio.just a mathematics cal......however, the share for ccmdbio now is keep down trend.. I plan I will sell first, wait then after restructure, will buy back ccmdbio.. more realistic!

I cannot understand why got people selling CCM.
After restructure, 1.48/3=0.49, 2.04(CCMDBIO price)/3=0.68, so 0.49+0.68+0.68=1.85
CCM is worth RM1.85 per share.
You don't know mathematics or I mistake?
