Hap seng is good company. But it could be very bad in next quarter result. Plantation division with low average CPO price, production overhead cost increase due to minimize wage, Inflation cost. Property market down trend. Automotive no more SST backlog. Plus Finance credit Manchester in UK disposal and many uncertainly. Just my sense.

Based on 2021 annual report, HapSeng is one of the top leaders in the property market where its profit margin above 60% even the weakening of property market.

Plantation profit margin was above 30% even at the softening of palm oil pricing in year 2021. Now, the palm oil price is above 4000+! Such high palm oil price could cover up the higher wages etc! Remember HapSeng also selling fertilizers and hence the overall cost of plantation is rather low compared to peers!

Credit Manchester disposed at 300% higher than market value!
