eventually when they show real profits from the power plant, this stock PE should ideally expanded to a higher multiple of 15x (its inevitable that investors sentiment to reward a higher multiple once the company can consistently produce sustainable free cash flows).

don't forget, its future revenue shall comprise mostly recurring revenue and these revenue are real cash profit under long term contracts hence protected from external forces. its really a cash cow business.

I have sold at 3.99 realising >100% gain. It's a tough decision but i made it as part of my strategy to raise cash holdings. And i decided to sell MFCB along a few stocks.

From company's AR -> Prospects and future plans.

With 21% physical completion left to recognise (physical completion was 32.5% in 2018), construction revenue
and profit from Don Sahong is expected to decline year-on-year in 2019 when compared to 2018. The decline in
construction revenue and profit is however expected to be largely offset by test energy sales in the second half of
2019 as the four turbines are progressively being tested and commissioned.

So some holders are not waiting for coming 200M next year and selling ahead of the "decline in construction revenue and profit " ?

5月27日上午9时18分许，老挝东萨宏水电站正式蓄水，为电站如期发电奠定了坚实的基础，标志着该工程主体基本完成、进入了收尾阶段。

东萨宏水电站工程位于老挝南部占巴塞省，距孔恩瀑布约2千米。该项目为典型的国际EPC项目，工程采用明渠引水发电，引水明渠长5千米,在明渠两侧修建堤防工程，总长度约6.8千米。工程由挡水堤坝、溢洪道、发电厂房、开关站等部分组成，共安装四台单机容量为64兆瓦的灯泡贯流式机组，单机容量在世界同类型机组中名列前茅。

工程自2015年10月开工以来，面对各种不利因素，水电十五局组建强有力的项目管理班子，选择精锐的施工队伍，配备过硬的技术力量，通过不断对比中美两国施工标准，多次实验讨论，选择出最适宜亚热带高温期混凝土浇筑的施工方法，并根据各工作面的实际情况，制订严密的施工计划和扎实有效的质量安全保障措施。施工过程中项目部先后开展了3次劳动竞赛有效激发了员工的积极性、主动性及施工热情，克服了老挝热带雨林湿热气候、雨季慢长等不利自然条件，战高温、斗雨季，充分利用有效施工时间，按期完成了蓄水前的每一个目标节点，顺利通过了老挝政府及马来西亚业主等组织的蓄水验收，赢得了老挝政府、马来西亚业主及其他参建单位的一致好评，再次彰显了中国电建的优质品牌。（ 来源:水电十五局）
