The value of mfcb is not on the progress payment revenue and profit from the construction of the power plant but the 25 years of profit from selling electricity.

The value of mfcb is the future earnings of selling electricity for 25 years starting from jan 2020 which is one and half month away only. Both Public Invest and Maybank upgraded tgt prices to 5.71 and 5.50 respectively . They also expect bumper earning in Q4 2019 from the balance 5 %
progress payment plus sale of 80 MW electricity and a one off saving of interest on the entite project cost

Actually something really positive from this quarter result is that the contribution from the resources and property segment seemed to have started to recover.when the profit from the power sales start to kick in,mfcb will be firing in all cylinders.can u imagine the surge in share price when this eventually happens?pls sell to push the price down so that i can buy more if you are stupid enough to do so

Shareinvrstor88 is very lucky to stay in a city with electricity on 24 /7 without interruption, and never travel to SEA country or even east Malaysia small town where electricity is not available 24/7 and always with interruption.
And he underestimate the development pace for country like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos where the infrastructure utility is im huge demand because of the FDI. Giving another 3-5 year, Vietnam will be like another Shengzen special Economy territory of China.
