The number of share sure will reach near or less then to 1200M, by convert L&G_LA to L&G which issue out 1:1. If share price drop this time, and right issue again, the convert price will less again, benefit to who have money to buy right issue. and the value of this share will dilute again. expect 1:1 again, need to put in more money to buy.

I initial think that the project is every good, last found that a lot people complaint on Mayland property quality issue, if no more positive new, will consider taking some profit and run away to buy BJCorp, which is under value.
Thinking only, study so much, need more return on this share.

Many projects has been delayed for launching. No visible revenue from year 2016 onward. Following the completion of Elements@Ampang, the company has only one on-going project, Damanasara Foresta Phase 1, to be completed by 2015. This project was launched in 2012 with GDV about RM 700 million. We don't know the amount of unbilled sales until now.

You can see this will be happening soon. 1st step issue ICULS. 2nd open market buy ICULS. 3rd declared dividend. 4th all ICULS owner changed to ordinary shares. 5th company alot of cash. 6th dont launch new project so that EPS will drop. 7th come out fake EPS report. 8th admended report after CNY. 9th minority shareholder angry and throw the share. 10th shares price drop like hell. 11th privatized with cheap price.

Appoint of New Chief Financial Officer, Wong Keet Loy, that mean not believe the old staff earning the money, look for new guy to control the money, this will delay a lot of operation, can be expect this company need few year to stable.
Boss is difficult to manage, earn money more they need to look for new guy to control, no earn money just close shop,
