Win win what is your focus for L&G to achieve its price TP?? I am focus on Low Gay Teck to diversify from his ability to managed well (since he is from project Management background in 1966) and focus into expansion, partnership and investors. He made his first move for investors by proposing dividend. I think next will be to bring the stock value up. Because by doing that he will start getting confidence in the L&G shares from the market

Tan I don't think anyone knows since it's the maiden dividen.....judging fr Low's style likely end of third q or beginning of 4th quarter.

The proposed 2 sen dividend should be announced officially before the company calls for its AGM and releases its annual report. It was mid-August last year. Should be about the same time again this year.
