For time being, Msians are helping one another eg white flag, do charities, stay mostly at home…..those jobless, lost businesses, lost jobs hopefully have families, friends or relatives who could help them get by everyday…. just eat rice with kicap…& sweet potatoes

@newbie2019....comparing MBB and Genting at current price :

Genting is attractive because it has corrected a lot.

MBB is safer due to the "unknown" of Delta variant.

If I need to top up now....I prefer MBB.

....But this stock is still holding up quite well if you compare its' one month movement against similar stocks is US....like Las Vegas Sands and Wynn Resorts..which have dropped more.

“SINGAPORE, July 26 (Reuters) - Singapore is looking to allow quarantine-free travel for those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from September, when 80% of the city-state's population should be inoculated, the government said on Monday.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 3): About six million individuals in the Klang Valley have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine as at Aug 2, according to the Special Committee for Ensuring Access to Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV), citing data from the Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF).

This translates into 71.2% of the population in the Klang Valley, comprising Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur.

Among the six million who have taken at least one dose of the Covid-19 jab, 2.43 million of them are fully inoculated with two doses. This means 28.8% of the Klang Valley population is now fully inoculated.

The state with the highest percentage of the population when it comes to being fully Covid-19 inoculated is Labuan at 56.5% followed by Sarawak (48.6%) and Perlis (30.7%).
