Good grief. Guys, I own plenty of genting myself, hoping for it to go above RM10 (would require a lot of catalysts for that like TaurX, Yokohama, insurance claims, etc). But I don't want genting to open back up to public until the covid situation improves. That's just dangerous.

I would expect Genting QR to be pretty much scarlet in color. But hopefully things will get better with the vaccinations.

... As for the effectiveness of vaccines, eh, you can just look at the daily cases and daily deaths of places with low vaccination rate out vs high vaccination rate. ... it's pretty clear that the vaccines are working.

I'm still skeptical of Boris Johnson's decision to completely drop all covid measures and completely open up though...

exagerated. ... I personally know one person waiting for her 2nd dose in september and 2 foreign workers who are still trying to get their 1st dose under walk in.

But yeah... soon.

Sadly, cases rising in states which have low vaccination rates now.

... oh wait. Genting Singapore... right. Singapore actually managed to fix their covid situation (after their foreign worker mess) and are currently at over 70% fully vaccinated (ie, they've ALREADY hit herd immunity, and going up every day)

Current govt’s SOPs are meant to stop or prevent the spread of covid-19 infections…. If people still don’t want to follow govt’s advice despite big fines, then covid-19 virus can continue to spread in MY & would be able to continue to mutate further.
