dip in CV cases is always over the weekend. Should have addressed migrant workers ages ago and we would not have had this problem! The focus from day 1 should have been on Klang valley and Selangor, sad really, but we will get there

The dip in covid cases is very specific: Klang Valley. ... evidently, the effects of the Klang Valley vaccination acceleration is working. ... conversely, we are seeing cases rising in places with low vaccinations. ... and even in Klang Valley, tons of the cases are foreign workers that didn't get vaccinated yet.

Good news: vaccinations are working.
Bad news: plenty of people who are unvaccinated, and it's spreading rapidly among them.

- I beg to differ. .... if cases spike up to 50k daily, or drop below 1k daily, it's a HUGE indicator.

Well, that's an extreme example though.

Anyhow, the current trend is a good sign. For Klang Valley anyway.

As for opening up of economy, that's a very controversial subject, and I see plenty of people screaming to loosen SOPs, and plenty of people screaming to tighten up SOPs.

So far, persons I know who have been vaccinated and infected with covid in KL Valley, all recovered after mild illness. One without vaccine really sick but also recovering. Just to check with you all, I need to confirm that the vaccines are really work. Hope to hear some sincere feedbacks. I already fully vaccinated. Thanks in advance.
