FF net outflow was -rm193m on 21/9. Another -rm123m on 22/9. I think for 23/9 shd be over -rm100m. These are hot money, fair weather friends that will run away when bursa in trouble.

Inflation took so long to really take off, 14 years of ZIRP and non-stop QE money printing reaching USD9T on Fed's balance sheet. The inflation genie is out of the bottle now, not easy to get it back into the bottle.

I believe fed is going to hike 0.75% on Nov based on what Powell said on post FOMC conference last week especially the Q&A part.

What I'm more worried about this bear, is if it will bring any catastrophic real world collapse in any industry.
This will in turn cause a chain reaction
Property is one industry where the danger lies, probably not banking (yet)

There are very little officially declared shorts in GentB for a long time. I think most of the selling recently has been done by FFs. When so many people are bearish and on one side of the boat, the opposite may happen in a sudden and spark a technical rebound.

hmmmm..from economy point of view..in this currencies crisis, the yen, pound, euros and many other currencies have depreciated by 10 - 25% to USD. People will try to avoid travelling to the US. Instead strong dollar makes it a good time for Americans to visit UK, Europe and many other countries
