really hope that this Q can bring in at least 3 mil profits, if 4 million, that would give 2 cents EPS..or price lompat above 1.50 !.. coz ethanol still be needed until next year..

one more thing that many people not realize... the more people going out, doing business ...to more kedai have to provide hand sanitizer !! ..its now everywhere..i am expecting this month usage of hand sanitizer at least double from last Mei.

Among his credentials, he has en engineering and Masters degree from Oxford, the latter which he was offered the Newman scholarship for finishing at the top 5% of his class.

Work wise, he has been with Goldman Sachs Hong Kong and Deutsch Bank Hong Kong from 2011 to present.

Hexza will grow from strength to strength. As of end-2019, Hexza has RM62mil cash, RM99mil investments in securities, this means roughly 80sen per share, is very solid.

Apple: 40,000 * 352.08 = US$14,083,200.00

ETHANOL MANUFACTURER SEES SUBSTANTIAL JUMP IN SALES

The effects of the demand surge for sanitising products have also rippled further upstream.
At the ethanol manufacturing end, Chemical Industries Malaya Sdn Bhd (CIM) said the jump in its sales figures was “quite substantial”.

“We have seen a huge increase in orders since the start of February from all our customers, especially those involved in sanitisers and disinfectants,” said Mr Aureole Foong, the CEO of Hexza Corporation, CIM’s parent holding company.

According to Hexza’s website, CIM’s annual production of ethanol and related alcohol products stands at 9 million litres, with 70 per cent of output going to the local market.

While strongest demand still came from local customers, CIM has also received overseas requests during this crucial period, Mr Foong said.

Because of its its biggest capacity of 9m litres ethanol in Malaysia.
50% of it are food grade type.

i read about a us ethanol producer changed business to sell hand sanitizer coz ethanol price drop. hand sanitizer sell for over RM$50 per liter..imagine how much profits if hexza start doing hand sanitizer business directly to consumer..gold mine business, more profitable than gloves. its still not too late for the mgmt to expand business, sanitizer in need for at least another year. ..Rm 1 can easilly become Rm$5 ringgit per share..huhu

In Malaysia cannot simply import ethanol as this is restricted chemical, hence ethanol price had been rising. Again, sales price for raw foodgrade ethanol for sanitiser increased by 50% in malaysia, and all booked for the rest of the year with no additional new customers added. I guess a bumper harvest for 2020 return on equity , will raise hexa roe to 15% from previous years 4% average. On top of that, if they diviest their overseas investment in stocks to increase capacity, there will be special bonus i guess, just by looking at their track record. We estimate price around 2.20 based on PE ratio 13-17.

Hexza famous for its quality and safe chem raw materials,.Thus, a quality producers (esp. Food & pharma sector) willing to pay better price compared to the industrial users.

Industrial user , only keen in buying low quality chemical with unstable quality.
Thus, dont buy the hand sanitizer using low quality type of ethanol.
It can cause dangerous damage and health problems.
