Do you read the eps or not ? It is not a right issue it is a debt issue stg like bond moron. Since it is not equity issue hence the price won't be adjusted after the issue.

Why they ask money? Because lending from us is cheaper than lending from banks.
On top of that, purposely throw 2 free warrants which make u can't run from subscribing the right issues.

Just look at BJToto. Cash rich but when pay dividend, always took loan to pay. Many plc are like that. Right issue take your money. Convert warrant also take your money.

this is very easy, if you have confidence , buy/hold. If not , sell.

Don't forget Dato' Thong is a also a major shareholder, he has to come up with solid cash to back up his investment plans. Most of the money raised will go to build up Insas subsidiaries, which will bear fruits in the next few years.
