Iioydlim, Insas has very weak major shareholders, some who borrowed heavily at high interest rates. Every month they had to sell to service interest payment.

contraction with, if this is the case, why the major shareholder so stupid not to declare higher dividend to settle interest payment, iso reducing their shareholding.

if u look at TA, OSK, and many more, all trade well below their nav. why? maybe their big boss want to keep share price low so they can buy back anytime they want. at discounted price. until the day they got enough or can find a partner, then they can privatize the company cheaply

then u need to look for stocks with big funds as the top 30 shareholders. as in ttb company, where the foreign fund screw ttb for not doing his job. like Nestle, bat where big fund always give pressure to mgt team. but it aso depends if these big funds shareholding is huge enough.

Insas most probably opens gap up at 88.5 sen to test the 52-week high. Heavy resistance will be at 90 sen level. If volume can register 10 mio again today then let your profits run...Happy Investing. Invest at your own risk.
