I have a feeling that in the not too far future, insas will become another hot stock like Malton!!!

One year ago, nobody wants to buy Malton.... said "value trap" lah....boss no good lah...... this share will never move Lah.... blabla.....etc...

Today....people just simply chase despite its 6 months earnings only 2+ Sen per share....:)

If Insas coming QR is at least 8 sen, it will likely to open gap up like it did six months ago bit this time it will certainly not drift down but will climb like OSKVI.

Insas holding well today. Earnings contribution from Inari around 1.5 - 2.0 sen. Best this quarter EPS is around 5 sen. Inari PBT was at 52million x 22% = 11.4 million. Shares outstanding of Insas is 63 milion. Dividends received in Mar 15 from Inari was RM 7.8 million (0.018 ex-date 15 Mar) or 1.1 sen so total contribution from Inari alone after taxes around 2.5-3.0 sen. TheContrarian, I lowered to 5 sen which i think is fair for Insas especially Inari is their prize asset. Annualised it u get 20 sen which has PE less than 5.

Have you guys forgotten that Insas is classified under Finance sector. Why? Because its main core business is stockbrokering. As a stockbroker it carries RM330 million quoted investments at end of Dec. Just a gain of 10% amounting to RM33 million would contribute an EPS of 5 sen. Insas has been selling SYF Resources heavily in Feb-Mar.

But why he shares with Inari shareholders? Inari has been paying very good dividends! Highly likely Insas will also starts to pay reasonable dividend as the company is cash rich now..

The 2 BOD of Insas and Inari are both controlled by DSTKK....

Inari share price increased 20 folds in 5 years! Insas build Inari from a little company to be the largest semiconductor company listed in KLSE...and Insas made so much money by selling down the shareholdings in Inari from 30+% to slightly over 20% today. Yet the 20% comprising 402,411,300 shares today has a market value of 865million which is equivalent to rm1.30 per Insas share...

This shows the quality of the management! More exciting times may lie ahead...like Tesla electric cars..Insas Credit and Leasing and PRAC car rental, fit in for the business ...

Insas is real different from that old Insas of yesteryears! The balance sheet is so strong now. The company has 500million cash and 334Millions in short term investment....

Investors' impression need time to change so is DSTKK's mindset on the payment of dividend to Insas shareholders.

Time for a change is coming... It depends on who will move first....haha!

As mentioned by Skliew there's a possibility that Insas might declare a surprise bumper second interim dividend during the release of the QR. It has the cash (RM500 million) and every 1 sen dividend amount to less than RM7 million. Imagine if the EPS were 8 sen accompanied by a proposed second interim dividend of 5 sen. Gap up for sure!

This will CHANGE the perceptions of the investment fraternity upon INSAS.

Fund Managers will surely come in to buy the CHANGE especially those fund managers currently owning INARI.

This will CHANGE the image of INSAS and its captain DSTKK.

Insas will CHANGE to a more respected corporation and DSTKK a more respectable corporate figure as they have very successfully built up the biggest semiconductor company listed in Bursa from a little company in a span of 5-6 years! This is because INSAS has CHANGED from a mere brick and mortal company and expanded to IT and TECHNOLOGY fields over the years successfully!

Yesterday Ho Hup closed up 5.5 sen on heavy volume of over 10 million briefly touching its 52 week high. Insas owns 13.1% of Ho Hup.

To make a big play on Insas you need to know when to anticipate the next momentum, I predict the momentum is very near the corner, right before or after the earnings announcement.
