INSAS closed at 93 sen (+1.5 sen) only after Inari managed to hit new high of RM 2.20. Most likely a gap up tomorrow based on the low supply of this stock. Still dunno what's stopping Insas for going up further.

Facbind also similar. After 10years, still below it intrinsic value. So what's wrong there? Will similar things happen here? Same to bjcorp?
So?.....the emphasis should be on people managing it, not purely calculation.

The Management took RM344 millions company funds and invested in securities.....!

About 52 Sen per share..

Are the funds placed with fund managers?

In the past five years, the average return is positive estimated at around 8% per annum. ..

Inari QR released..how it could affect Insas?

KUALA LUMPUR (May 16): Inari Amertron Bhd posted a 139.13% increase in net profit to RM51.18 million for the third quarter ended March 31, 2017 (3QFY17) from RM21.4 million a year earlier.

Skliew has been saying that Insas is expected to book a handsome gain from realizing or marking its short term share investment of around RM334 million to market value. A 10% gain of RM33.4 million would mean almost 5 sen EPS.

1000 shares of insas indirectly own 607 shares of Inari.

Inari's contribution to earning of Insas= 2.62x0.607=1.59 :)

Inari declared 2.2 Sen 3rd interim dividend per share. Insas is going to receive 8.8millions dividend from Inari. The last 2 Quarters Insas already received more than 9.6 millions in dividends from Inari.

If the total annual dividends received from Inari is more than 20 millions, it is enough to pay 3 Sen annual dividend per insas share. Just divert the dividend received from Inari!

DSTKK, hope you read this! :)

Yes, very solid because Insas is well diversified. It also has interest in construction through associated company Ho Hup. It's car rental business is doing well. It's also a licensed money lender. It has RM500 million cash in bank and FD as at end of December 2016.

atuck, insas owns 402,411,300 shares in Inari.
Total Insas ordinary shares is 663,006,342 (excluding 30,327,291 treasury shares)

So, every 1000 Insas shares indirectly owns 606.9 Inari shares.

I have the same opinion as Skliew on dividend policy. Just using the dividend from Inari to pay dividend to Insas shareholders would mean higher than the miserable 1 sen annual dividend that Insas currently pays out. This is why shareholders must bring up this matter at the next AGM.

REVENUE and PROFITS of INARI at all time high. Compare Earnings and Revenue of Inari in 2014 against 2017. Accumulate more of Insas tomorrow at 91.5sen. Expecting EPS of 5 sen or more this quarter for Insas. Trade at your own risk. Good that Insas is a lagging indicator allowing us to quickly move in and capitalise on this earning news.

Perception would change over time just like investors shun TSRDLSC counters! But once the price move.... everyone jump in ... even on rumours.... LOL!
