At today closing, WB premium only 37.6%, compared to the WB current benchmark premium 40%...

I entered this stock at 1.09. Hope can reach 1.20 plus before QR out.A lot of seller ar 1.10. Hope can takeover this by next week.

I bought in Seremban2...due to economic slowdown, developer offered a good deal, with a condition to sign SPA before 31 march (for their Q1 target)..luckily loan approved by then, so came down to Malaysia for 5days to sign spa, loan and mrta..

In Doha expat dont usually buy bcoz very high cap and only limited to highly luxurious property...

Good Linges, manage to get a house. I think it's possible to pay off in 10years. I bought house in 2008 and now can pay off ady, but I still hold to the cash ... hope INSAS can give good profit..I entered late so 70-80% is enough

Agree with u..with current low mortgage loan interest (4.xx%)..its good idea to delay loan final settlement..even u put in Amanah Saham can get 6%..net earning 2%..

Property give us 10x leverage investment (pay 10% deposit, get 100% property)

My current staying house appreciated 250% in 10yrs..tolak around 50% for interest paid..still 200% gain ade apa..

This time Bank given me single tier interest rate...may be bcoz completed property.

Amanah Saham is good for long term saving e.g. kids edu fund, where u will think twice to touch bcoz its very difficult to deposit again..ha ha..

FD is definitely best tool to keep fund waiting for market correction, furthermore now have facility to uplift immediately online if use eFD and can do monthly rolling.

BLee @linges, some IB like KIBB gives interest close to 3% daily rest for any amount exceed 1k, better than FD if reserve for market. Anybody got better interest rate than KIBB?
