the arguments are false one. INSAS had been trading PE <4, below NTA, below net cash somemore at some early days.

The argument of buying INSAS based on such are no use.

Focus on future. It might be due to new ventures, or they going to be acquired by some Fortune 500 etc.

Hi Sonic 128, it will fly.. not because I am too confident, of course i will assume the sentiments currently remain constant, then look at Fundamental Analysis, last year 2016 from Q1 - Q4, 11.64 cents.

Look at 2017 from Q1-Q3, the EPS has already been 22.04 cents. Make it very conservative assumption, Q4 the result to be very bad, earn zero, then the whole year of 2017 EPS will be 22.04 cents as compared to 2016 whole year EPS at only 11.64 cents, so it will be okay to hold for the moment.

How cheap is Insas?

EPS for the last Qtr was 9.9sen. There is reason to think that this level of earnings is sustainable going forward. At current price (1.09), forward PE is just 2.7X (!).

Insas can be considered debt free. Net cash is 270m or 0.39 per share. This is more than enough to cover the 132m RPS redeemable in 2020. At this time there is no need to worry about the dilution of the 265m outstanding warrants expiring also in 2020. There is 1.00 conversion price to be collected anyway.

Net cash 0.38ps., 2,7x PE. Is there a cheaper stock in the market?

DISTRIBUTE INARI SHARES TO SHAREHOLDERS.

Insas and Insas Technology own altogether 38.6% of Inari Amerton Bhd (2.12). This is worth 1.63b to Insas shareholders or 2.15 per Insas share (!!!!)

Insas price will double overnight, assuming everthing else is worth nothing at all.

i cant speak for other. But for me ... between buying a company which doesn't own any inari shares and a company which own more than 20% inari shares (not yet include inari warrants, hohup, omesti shares) ... the choice is obvious. I will collect, collect, collect .... And for those who dun believe in insas .... oh well ... what can they do about it ? They dun wan to buy, they also cannot sell because they dun own any insas shares. Can onli tiup tiup tiup niah lor .... HAHAHAHAHAH ... INSAS CANTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKK !!
