Insas will up on next Monday together with Ho Hup, to reach RM1.40 then have to wait till Inari been approved move to main board which I reckon happen in this month, most probably after announce latest financial results

Guys...take note:

Based on last qtr results, 40% of its Book Value is pure cash $$.
And the current price is below its '4 months ago's Book Value by 30% at the least, i.e it's trading 70% of its Book Value.

It means:
a) You are paying '40' for 40 of its pure 'uninvested' Cash, and
b) You are only paying '30' for its declared 'invested capital' of 60, i.e, at half the price!

We know so far that all its 'invested capital' are on companies which are making money!

At the moment its already having an ROE of 30%...imagine if Insas had been investing its remaining Cash as prudently as it's been doing..
i guess an ROE of 50% is not far from reach:) !

If the price remains like this...it can even be possible that its net Cash value becoming higher than its current Mcap! ha ha ha...

Alex..frankly speaking i am not experienced to give that figure.

But with my limited experience..i think all that we need for INSAS to move to at least its Book Value of 1.7 (by now i believe its already 2.0) is to show consistency its current earnings.

Even if it maintains last quarters earning...it should reach its Book Value.

Consistency is the keyword.
