kahhoeng, I understand what you are saying. No, I have been neither conservative nor over-optimistic, and I have only interpreted the info as given in the news and made projections purely based on that alone. I have not tried to second guess whether the reported info is accurate or not because that would be a bit reproachful. I have inserted enough caveats in my posting so readers would have understood that the projections are not to be taken rigidly. But I have not pretended to show that I know how to temper the projections to better reflect what would be a more realistic set of figures to account for all the disparities between the plural terminals' performances. That can be done when more info comes to light.

BJCorp purchase 12% of BJLand share 598.73M unit, market value is RM0.70 x 598.73M = RM419.11M;
Cost is
353,250,000 BJCorpLE;
706,500,000 BJCorpWC;
And Cast RM65.86M

According to announcement converted BJCorpLE to BJCorp 206,500,000 unit
If sell aways all at RM0.35 get RM0.35 x 206,500,000 = RM72,275,000/=

So is
BJCorpLE still balance (353,250,000-206,500,000)= 146,750,000 units, cost is RM0.50 x 146,750,000 = RM73,375,000/=
BJCorp-WC 706,500,000 cost RM0.10 x 706,500,000 = RM70,650,000
Cast is RM65,860,000 + RM72,275,000 (206,500,000 x RM0.35) = RM138,135,000/=
Total add up is RM73,375,000+RM70,650,000+RM138,135,000 = RM282,160,000/=

BJCorp buy BJLand at RM282,160,000 / 598,730,000 = RM0.47

Is lucky RM282,160,000 is less then RM419,110,000, if not, the someone need to answer;
