Henry Chan, if you ask here. Sure most of us will say worth to invest. That's why we all here. Price low might because it's high interest pay every quarter, might because investor loss confidence for management, might because some failure projects, might because... I think everyone have their own opinion.

Bjc holds Bjland, Bjland holds S.toto, Bermaz is SPV, Bjfood just become minority s.holder @711, Bjland started kyoto project, ended bjc oso involved~

U ask auditor, they tell u this is craziness account, what company link vf what company how to spread cost & profit; u ask banker, they tell u tis is complicated, which company guarantee for which project loan; u ask ceo, they tell u tis is power confusing, who listen to who as the company inter-related~

YTL oso huge, Genting oso diversified, but they listed their company vf clear purpose, which one is plantation, which one is in ultilities, n cut off too much link in between mother & son~

They shdn't think bout reducing loan or disposal of biz, they shd start re-structuring the whole group 1st, if not...things get more complicated when something wrong~

我觉得卖掉不赚钱的公司，拿现钱还债务是对的决定，至少不用两头不到岸，火两边烧。

The margin of safety is that Bjcorp NAB is Rm 1.70 but u r buying at a discount of rm 0.39 mah....!!
Vietlott comprises least than 20% of Bjcorp assets loh....!!

Remember ....anything can happen in a green field....like the case of Jeju island casino project which is JV with the korean govt....can fail too...!!
But even JEJU project fail....bjcorp can survive.....whereas Jaks cannot failed loh......bcos it is big chunked of its assets loh...!!

An investment in vietnam like Jaks.....invest for long term with no income and comprises at high portion of its assets......very high risk mah...!!
