Dear stockraider, why bjcorp so undervalued? Bjcorp is diversified investment conglomerate, but the profits is roll on or reinvest eventually, small investors hard to gained any, furthermore if the market price is press down by certain groups of beneficial,you can imagine. Unless VT can clearly or consistently regulated margin profits to the company . VT have a lots berjsya's sub company,I also doubt which one he beloved, you know or not.

Eventhough bjland is undervalued as pressed down by certain beneficiaries...I believe bjland is a better bet..why?
1. most bj subsidiaries like bjland, bjtoto has higher share value so bjland as a subsidiary (more focussed business) will appreciate more as making profits for 4 straight quarters already.
2. Looking at profitability trends, bjland qtr. 2 profits the highest for 2016 & 2015. The next Qtr. 2 2017 profit to be announced by 29 Dec. will be very good with profits for sales from China, Korea, Japan, Singapore business etc.
3. Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) will resume the development and construction of the new turf club and equestrian centre in Sungai Tinggi, after the Shah Alam High Court ruled in its favour, following a judicial review.

Hi guys,

In year 2006/2007

These 2 stocks gone up together

1) Bj Corp gone up from 12 sen to Rm1.50

2) Bj Land gone up from 50 sen to Rm5.00

Bj Land at Rm5.00 looked like a lot more. But by percentage

Bj corp from 12 sen to Rm1.50 = 1,150%

Bj Land from 50 sen to Rm5.00 = 900%

So by percentage Bj Corp's 1,150% gain beats Bj Land at 900%

I have both Bj Corp & Bj Land

But more on Bj Corp

OPCOM was the only isolated and insulated stock from the Crisis.

At 30 sen Calvin & buddies loaded up on Opcom.

Opcom later gave a Cash Payout of 22.5 sen

When my other Johor Buddies received Rm225 dividend cheque from Opcom they could hardly believe it.

But it was real.

22.5 cash pay out for a 30 sen Opcom share. And next year Opcom paid another 11 sen divvy. So Opcom is now free forever for them lucky ones.


Now! after 2008 Crisis they invented

QE 2

and

QE 3

So will year 2008 Crisis be repeated?

VT net worth is worth 1.2b usd currently.. ..dont forget those millions of FACEBOOK shares value at 179.00 per shares that he own when he exchange it for Friendster;s patents.... he actually worth more than 3b usd and because of his complicated business that he put all into BJcorp...the analyst cant accurately calculate the price of BJcorp .VT personally thinks that BJcorp should be price between 3.85-4.57 ... but i think its hard to reach there ... it should be worth around 1.50-1.80...just my personal point of view..
