sometime I just refused to believe a Corp with market capital of 1,502 million's company is just a 30 sen counter. Eden is having a MC of just 98 million and they are trading at about 26 sen and moving upward now. They give away 2:1 free warrants. ???? Just think how hopeless is this counter ! Crash or no crash will not make any different on BJcorp 'cos the price is almost hitting rock-bottom price.

Since 2010, the world stock market is enjoying the bull market for 8 years including Bursa from 900 points to almost 1900 points. This is not happening to Bjcorp which has been crashing since 2010 from almost RM 2 to the current price of RM0.305 for the last 8 years. Why crashing for 8 years ????? though Tan Sri Vincent Tan business have been growing in Vietnam, China, Japan and so on. This represents one of most undervalued stocks in Bursa now and will be his term to rebound for the next 8 years as Tan Sri now is hands on to his business.

Currently total BJtoto shares 1,348,000,000 with market worth RM3.329 billion.

BJcorp owns 48.63% of BJtoto shares (at current market price of RM2.47 per share) is worth RM1.619 billion!

At current BJcorp share price of 30.5 sens with 4,924,000,000 shares giving a market worth of only RM1.502 billion...

In other words..any aggressive Asset Stripper can just buy over BJcorp for RM1.502 billion. After selling the 48.63% BJtoto shares owned by BJcorp, can still make (RM1.619b - RM1.502b) RM11.7 million profit!

This is not even counting the 80% BJland shares owned by BJcorp worth (80% x RM1.475 billion) RM1.18 billion! and other BJcorp assets in Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea and Japan worth RM Billions..

PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) is disposing its entire 85% stake in DSG Holdings Ltd, an investment holding company with water and wastewater treatment businesses in China, for RM265.99 million cash.

BCorp told Bursa Malaysia in a filing, shareholders of DSG entered into an agreement with Besino Environment Ltd to dispose 100% stake in DSG for a total cash consideration of about RM312.93 million.

The group said the cash proceeds from the proposed disposal will be used for working capital. The proposed disposal would result in a pre-tax gain of about RM108.29 million for the group, it added.

The proposed disposal is expected to be completed by end of 2018.

DSG is principally involved in the production and supply of potable water, wastewater treatment projects and provision of advisory and management services on the construction projects in the People’s Republic of China.
