wantanmi, BJCorp and BJLand balance sheet has actually begun to show improvement 2 years ago after several asset disposals. Yet, did you observe any dividend sent to your pocket? You know why I am so pissed off? BJLand has the money to buy Iceland properties claiming "cheap" but didn't even offer a cent of dividend, knowing that a cent of dividend cost BJLand RM 50 million with RM 40+ million eventually flows into BJCorp and VT's pocket...

Naturally dividend is not mentioned in kyoto hotel disposal mah...as it is not glamorous to tell the whole world...bjc can only pay dividend from the assets disposal loh...!!

The hint that dividend is coming is from the surplus cash about rm 800m,
at least some will pay as div as promise by vt mah...!!

They have not fixed how much the dividend yet loh....!!

Bought bjcorp shares , next day can be sold. Bought cheaper and cheaper by TSVT , for top gun , must be something painful or delightful? Where is vision? Furthermore, buying bjland, yet didn't get back any peanuts to minority? Maybe some more crazy stuff like buying 7-11 with triple fund, which is Caring costs+ 7E+ unknown fee.

With plenty of bullets, VT will buy more BjCorp going forward and kill 2 birds with one stone to increase his stake at current depressed price and monetizing his investments thru dividends to be declared once the cash comes in from FSKoto sales by mid-March...

VT aggressively buy back BJC share, it is likely there wil be dividend announce soon upon completion of the disposal of the hotel, so he can get back his share buy back money.
sales proceed RM1.2b, current market price of BJC is RM500mil. it is very much under value? or it is a value trap? leave it to you.
