Singer will be bought by issuing Bjcorp share at 33 sen when its current share price is 19sen mah...!!

Also Singer is profit making guaranteeing rm 20m per year for 2 years whereas Bjc is loss making mah...!!

How could this be a bad deal leh ??

Stockraider, there's no further information of singer available, but a 20 million profit guarantee for a 1.1 billion new shares is surely absurd when a singer is sold at or close to net asset at a heavily discounted bjcorp net asset. If bjcorp net asset not performing, I would rather bjcorp improve efficiency and clean up balance sheet before buying anything, especially when the impact of covid-19 has yet to be known.

If u convert 1.1 billion bjc share at 19 sen...u get roughly Rm 200m valuation....Rm 20m profit...is reasonable with a yield of 10% pa mah.....!!

So called illustrated future what's price .Can replace market price ready. Furthermore, the shares buy back can almost or over new issuence shares with 19cents-21.5cent, lowered than 29cent paid by BOD, so called exchange.

To those saying buying Singer RM388 million with share swap of 1,175 million BCorp shares is good offer.
Allow us to suggest another mode, pay Singer with cash term.

However please note that the buying price was at PE ratio 19.8, which was very much at high side.
It is not an good offer to BCorp.

My bottom heart telling me that bjcorp may triggered or violates Malaysia Company Act when Lydia replied that non binding MOU will be proceed. But looks back nobody bringing out Company Act or any leakages at legal system.
